Eio Filter

The water filter market faces several issues that need to be addressed. Current water filters predominantly use plastic filters containing filtration particles, with activated charcoal being the main ingredient. While these filters effectively remove hard pollutants, they often fail to eliminate finer contaminants. One major problem is that plastic filters need to be replaced every 2-3 months, leading to increased plastic pollution in landfills. This disposal cycle poses a significant environmental concern.

To tackle these issues, I have developed a revolutionary concept for a water filter. This innovative design not only captures fine contaminants efficiently but also allows users to replace the filtration particles without generating plastic waste. The filter’s chamber utilizes a blend of biodegradable “active charcoal” that effectively adsorbs a wide range of harmful contaminants and pollutants, including chlorine, iron, mercury, copper, phenol, hydrogen sulfide, and more.

Moreover, the filter’s carafe features an ergonomic and sleek design, catering to all hand sizes. With this filter, pouring the perfect glass of refreshing water has never been easier or more environmentally friendly.
